Naturally flavored pasta from the southern Italian region of Puglia. The traditional pasta factory of Sbiroli, operating in Bari since 1890, uses only top quality durum wheat and bronze die cuts, which provides a rougher texture to absorb more flavor from the sauce. The pasta is slowly dried at low temperature which allows for more even cooking.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy with extra virgin olive oil, bread crumbs and crushed garlic, or with sauteed vegetables & parmesan cheese.
