A pitted EVOO from award winning olive oil producer Planeta, meaning the kernel is removed before the pressing takes place. It is made solely with Nocellara del Belice olives, cultivated in the Caparrina olive grove in western Sicily, near Menfi. Green with yellow highlights. Aroma of basil, artichoke, mandarin oil, tomato and white pepper. Lack of oil from the stone renders the flavor definite but delicate and almost sweet.
