Award winning olive oil producer Planeta's most delicate pitted EVOO, meaning the kernel is removed before the pressing takes place, is made solely with Biancolilla olives, cultivated in the Caparrina olive grove in western Sicily, near Menfi. A light pale green color with yellow undertones. Aromas of thyme, almond and white pepper, with slight suggestions of carob. The absence of oil from the kernel renders it particularly sweet and delicate.

Serving Suggestions: It is excellent with raw fish, shellfish, seared chicken, as well as drizzled on salads, ricotta and tomatoes.
