This Citrus honey is light colored, varying from white to straw yellow through to light beige, and crystallization occurs due to the balance of Fructose and Glucose, becoming creamy. Floral, fruity with a fresh scent of orange blossom and a mild but persistent aroma of citrus peel. It is harvested in Southern Italy and the islands, in spring time. Honey is a natural sweetener rich in properties, rich in polyphenols and a versatile addition in any kitchen.
