Frantoio Franci from southern Tuscany was founded in 1958 by Franco and Fernando Franci. Georgio Franci has now been leading the company forward, and he without a doubt is one of the most acclaimed names in Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the world. He is an incredibly skilled blender and is thoroughly committed to making high quality olive oil, raising the standards of the industry to success. Farming 65 ha of Olive groves around Montenero, Franci Toscano PGI includes a blend of cultivars, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Olivastra and others in lower quantity. Intense green color, with gold reflections and a pleasantly bitter and spicy flavor .Herbaceous notes of artichoke and ripe fruit, reminiscent of tomato. Fruity: Intense.


Serving Suggestions:

Ideally dizzled fresh on soups, on steamed vegetables, (Simply steam broccoli rabe with fresh garlic, Tuscan PGI, and a dash of salt and pepper) legumes, meats, bruschetta, pinzimonio, salads. Medium-flavored fish. Excellent for the preparationof sauces, sauteing and frying.Try shallow frying eggs, sliced potatoes or fish in EVOO and you will be amazed by the results. Recommended 350F – 375F.
