Silano Gnocchi is a type of Italian dumpling that is light and fluffy. A product that is pale yellow and oval shaped; the dough is rolled out into a long cylindrical piece which is cut into small bites and drawn out with a fork pattern on one side.
The high percentage of potatoes makes the Silano gnocchi lovely and soft, and gives it a particularly delicate taste. The selection of genuine ingredients together with the new technologies allows for the creation of a traditional product.
Recommended Use:
They can be boiled, baked, or sautéed, and served in a tomato, pesto, or cheese sauce. It can even be served with a simple butter-based sauce, and then finished with Parmigiano cheese.
