Oven Roasted Ham with Herbs is prepared using choice pork hams seasoned with a rich bouquet of fragrant Mediterranean herbs. The ham is tied with rings of individually knotted twine according to traditional methods. It is then directly exposed to the dry heat of the oven over its entire surface. This makes the ham golden brown and exceptionally flavorful. It contains no polyphosphates or coloring as a guarantee for a traditional gastronomic preparation.

The ham has a mandolin shape with a fine, burnished crust and enclosed in the natural twine net. Once the rind is removed, slicing should start from the larger end. The sliced ham should also be brought to room temperature before consuming. This releases all of its superb fragrance and bouquet.

Preparation: after de-boning and cleaning by knife, the ham is hand-tied with the addition of herbs (both inside and out), cooked in the oven, cooled, vacuum packed, and pasteurized at the surface.
